        I don't know what happened to the business, it used to be one of my favorite dessert spots. Went to get some cake and gelato today, the service was bad, the young guy at the counter was unprofessional, no greeting, took my order wrong, didn't know what he was doing. Some cakes don't look fresh or been sitting there for too long that started to fall apart. The presentation is just bad. Probably won't be back.

        Unfortunately it changed a lot since it opened.... no more cones, no more pints made to order; only pre-made pints like the one to can buy at the market like "Talenti". Probably Pasadena didn't understand their model......Too bad. The gelato anyway is still excellent

      Hello Yuting,We apologize for the slip on service. Hiring people, let along good ones, is always a challenge. And you can be assured every cake you see is fresher than they have ever been. Sometimes getting fruit to adhere to the cake can be challenging. We turn over our cakes every 2-3 days!
