Jane is everything! She is the most dedicated and passionate agent we have ever came across! She made sure to answer every single one of our questions in a timely manner and was incredibly patient with us as we are first time homebuyers. Her constant and diligent follow-ups made us as buyers felt extremely cared for, even the sellers were impressed by her work! She is the real deal! Jane is the best! We bought our first home in this incredibly competitive market and couldn't have done it without Jane. She is professional, responsive, and extremely patient. We toured dozens of homes over several months and never once felt pressured to compromise. Jane is always on time, very organized, and advocates for her clients. She was even able to lower our final price by negotiating with the seller over a repair. I highly recommend working with her!

As competitive as the home market was in 2021, Jane Sha was the best in getting us our first home as a first time homebuyer. We found Jane via a good friend's referral. I talked to several realtors prior, but noone was as consistent, knowledgable, patient, and responsive as Jane was. I had one intro call with her and knew right away we were going to use her to buy our first home. Jane never pressured us to make any decisions. She was extremely knowledgeable and would pull information before seeing the house. She's very organized and makes home shopping a very easy experience. Jane got our offer accepted with her guidance, and during escrow, make everything so seamless with her checklists of things to do. 10/10 for Jane. I would highly recommend using Jane for your next home!

Jane is very professional and dedicated. We were blessed to have her as our agent in searching for a suitable house and in the escrow closing process. When we were looking for house on September last year in Monterey Park and Alhambra, she totally understood our needs and requirements. She obviously did homework for every potential house before we decide to visit the house. She would tell us if the houses we want to check out met our requirements such as those potential houses did not have inhouse washer and dryer, or bedrooms were facing busy street that were noisy. Hence, we could save more time to visit other better houses. She send us a to do list for the escrow process and also consistently send us reminders for certain important check points. She worked actively with the escrow and loan agents to make sure our escrow would be closed smoothly and timely. We highly appreciate and recommend her professional and dedicated service.

My fiance and I began looking for a home and didn't have a lot of experience with real estate since we were first-time buyers. We were looking for an agent that could help us navigate the process and win in a competitive homebuying market. We found Jane via a friend's recommendation. She was super responsive and, after a chat to figure out what we were looking for, we began scheduling appointments to tour homes we were interested in. For about 6 weeks, we toured 3-4 homes every weekend. We never felt pressure from Jane to buy anything we weren't comfortable with or excited about. My fiance and I appreciated Jane's informed, considered perspective and we grew to trust her advice when we started making offers on homes we liked. Even when our offer wasn't accepted, she encouraged us to continue our search and was always willing to take the time to schedule tours and accompany us. When we finally submitted an offer on our current home, Jane was great about communicating with the seller's agent and trying to get as much information as to help us make our offer competitive. She also helped make the process of inspection, escrow, etc smooth despite some stressful moments...we even closed ahead of schedule on the house! We love our new home and can't imagine we'd have gotten to this point without Jane's help. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jane!
