Mike is an amazing realtor. He communicated with us every step of the way keeping us informed of every detail, guided us through many tasks making sure we understood everything and that really empowered us to make the best decisions for our family. Mike never pressured us or tried to sway us in any direction. In fact, he laughed with us when we realized we didn't actually have to make an offer on a weird maze house that had a fantastic backyard. Mike was always on time, it's a small thing, but something that is super important when trying to squeeze looking at a house during your workday. Lastly, Mike's professionalism brought much needed comfort to us during the tough times (lots of offers were not accepted) while in a crazy market. Ultimately, we got the house that my wife added the note, "I Love this House" in our search query. All in all, get used to saying "Thank you Mike" as I think I said it to him a solid million times.

Mike is a fantastic realtor, so fantastic that he is now our forever realtor! Purchasing your first home is intimidating and confusing, but Mike communicated with us every step of the way. We always knew what was going on, even if it was just an update to say he didn't have an update. He was patient with our many questions making sure we understood and felt confident that we were making the best decision for our family. Mike's sole agenda was to help us purchase the home that was right for our family, not to just make a sale. Even when we were trying to convince ourselves we could settle or fix a tiny kitchen, he gently reminded us that we could keep looking! Most of all, Mike was flexible and timely during a super competitive market during a pandemic, which meant that all viewings had to be scheduled. He worked hard to make sure we were able to see all the houses we liked, within our busy work calendars. Mike's professionalism got us through the crazy journey into the perfect home for our family. In fact, the very first listing we fell in love with, had a deadline of 5:00 pm for offers that same day. He jumped on it, got us scheduled to view it and then rushed back home to write an offer for us. He also reassured us that we weren't crazy for writing an offer on the very first house we saw if it felt right! There were 9 other offers so we didn't win that time, but we were the second best offer which helped us in the end. After losing on countless other houses, due to a super competitive market, Mike got a phone call saying that the very same house was falling out of escrow and we could resubmit our offer before it went back on the market! I wholeheartedly believe they called Mike before any of the other agents because of his professionalism and expertise to make sure our offer was compelling. We had a great home-buying experience with Mike, even though we needed to buy our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was an unusually difficult time to purchase a home, but Mike got us through it smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped us navigate through seller multiple counter offers, an unusually difficult escrow company, and the rapidly changing pandemic protocols while seeing homes. Mike is a great real estate agent and a great person; we highly recommend him.
