        Well I can't rate the food because they refuse to serve us at this IHOP. It was about 10:30 p.m. and the two people who are working did not speak English. The front door was not locked but they were insistent that they could not serve us. There was definitely a language barrier but all of the signage at the restaurant indicated that they were open 24/7. We had a great time at the taping for America's Got Talent and was just trying to get a good meal before heading back to our hotel. This was a complete disappointment and if I could give it zero stars I would.
