Evan and the team were always very responsive and transparent. My husband and I always felt like they had our best interest at hand. We learned a lot in the process and truly value the experience we had. Even when our home appraised for lower than the asking price, Evan found a way to work with us so that we wouldn't have to pay more out of pocket to make up the difference. He offered many helpful loan scenarios and never made us feel any pressure in making our decision. Evan worked seamlessly with our real estate agent and was always available to answer any questions, no matter the day or time. We will 100% work with Evan again.

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, and Evan and his team made the process as pain free as possible. They were friendly, patient, and easily accessible whenever we had questions. They also made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Everyone I worked with was extremely efficient and organized, but also had a genuine humanity about them that you don't always get when working with banks (it felt like everyone was truly excited for us when we finally closed). Our lender, Evan, always communicated promptly and clearly. We felt comfortable with him from the start, and he led us through the process without ever making us feel ignorant (even though we absolutely were). It made what could have been an intimidating process feel approachable. Additionally, their use of digital tools and technology allowed us to move quickly, which was an advantage in this competitive market. Could not recommend Evan, Nicole, and their team more highly.
