    Had a appointment at 2:20 and close to an 1 hour later still waiting..went to Dr.Ho and receptionist to let them know that I had another appointment at 3:30 and the doctor said I would have to wait..being rude..I ended up leaving not seeing the dr. The sad part is I was not the only patient complaining about the wait...I will not go there again

    The doctor and receptionists were great. However, I went for an appointment in July 2023 and in October I found out there was an extra charge in my FSA that was not part of my bill. I called the Pasadena office and they said it had been made by mistake and that they would check with the billing department about a reimbursement. In November I got a call from the office to confirm my address to send the check. This was 3 months ago! I still have not received a check, email, phone call or anything regarding my reimbursement for money that acuity should never have charged me. Even though the service was great during my appointment, its not worth all this trouble- terrible billing service.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID AT ALL COSTS Its sad because Dr. Linh Ho and everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. My initial experience was great. But all customer service and billing is through an awful hotline with completely inept representatives. They messed up the billing and are refusing to re-file through the correct insurance, even after a 3-way call with my insurance. They also billed me for a contact fitting even though the doctor did not do one. They are a scam and should be shut down. Its been nearly a year and Im still struggling to get them to file the initial bill through the correct insurance.

    This place is horrible! They do not value their patients or their patients time. They book appointments and the patients have to wait an hour an a half or longer before they are actually seen. Dr. Ho is incompetent and so is her staff. Management is clueless!! Management only cares about their bottom line and Not patient care. Management books as many appointments throughout the week knowing that they will not fulfill all them and thus making the patients wait for care, if they are willing to wait. In other words" Book as many appointments possible and see what sticks!" Horrible business model. The optician (Marla) made a mistake on my prescription for my reading glass. The Segment Height was totally off. This is something that she should been able to catch immediately with the equipment that they have in their office. After this bad experience, I went to the Glendale office were they confirmed that the Segment Height was total off. They were able to correct the problem and give me the proper prescription for my reading glass. If you as a patient value your eye care and time, DO NOT GO TO THE ACUITY EYE GROUP IN PASADENA!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
