Dr.Cox and P.A. Carlitos Chen has been amazing from start to finish. At my initial consultation they eased my mind and was very detailed about the procedure I was having. On the day of surgery I was a nervous wreck however all of the staff was friendly and made that day go by smoothly. I was provided all the instructions I needed when I went home and had a follow up visit the next day. I am now 6 weeks post Op and havent had any issues with the staff or my surgery. Dr.Cox and P.A. Dr. Chen and Dr. Cox are absolutely awesome, very friendly, and genuinely care about their patients health and well-being. Excellent bedside manner, gently and great listeners and ability to explain things. Im so grateful they were able to help me with my troubled piercing and support toward proper healing. Premier Plastic Surgery and Surgeon Brian Cox along with his PA Carlitos really answered my prayers! Theyre doing gods work - lol. After losing 150lbs I had quite the extra skin on my stomach. It hanged down and made it difficult to do things Id come to love, like exercising and also prevented me from wearing clothes Id always refused to try on when I was bigger. They removed 5lbs of extra skin from me, and it has made the world of difference in my life! Their entire surgery staff from the nurses to the anesthesiologist were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, personable, and erased any fear or uncertainty in my mind the day of surgery. As far as follow-up goes, Carlitos has been amazing. He is on top of everything and puts up with break downs and the millions of questions Ive had. They really take care of you. I have had no issues while healing, and my incision looks beautiful at 5 weeks out. I cant wait to see how everything looks after the swelling had subsided. If youre looking for a surgeon to perform a panniculectomy on you, Dr Cox is your man! I had such a great experience at premier plastic surgery.The staff is so kind and comforting! The care before surgery and after surgery was exceptional.
