Didn't appreciate the fact that the estimate ballooned by $1000, I even asked if the sewer line of the other house will cause any problems. He assured that it won't, after starting the digging he changed his story and added $1000 to the cost which I had no choice but to agree so the job could be finished. As I mentioned he should have told me upfront the real cost, not after the digging was finished. Could have gotten another estimate. The robotics cutting was never mentioned in the contract, even though he looked through and through before giving the contract, I even as I said will the other house sewer will cause any issues, he said no.
