Today I got a friendly and professional call by Aimee this was a great start, Aimee is professional, patience, detail, and very helpful, she asked me the right questions and took the time to lessen to what the issue in my bathroom sink was, also inform me the name of the technician and the time frame that he is coming. Juan ring my doorbell at the beginning of the time frame! I was greatly surprise, Juan is a professional, with a positive attitude he lessen to the issues that the bathroom had and after evaluating what was needed he took care of the problem. He keep me inform of what he was doing and left to obtain the part that he need it to replace, at his return he inform me that he got the part and was going to install it, then after he finished he let me know that he finished the job, I check and my sink and the brand new faucet was installed and works great!, it looks great too! Again Thank you so much for such a fantastic service! In the pass I had people not knowing what they were doing, and with a negative attitude, leaving a mess after their job, but not this time, I am pleasantly surprise! I recently had the pleasure of hiring The Sewer Co. Plumbing & Drains to perform sewer spray lining and coating on my property, and I must say, they did an outstanding job. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. They arrived on time and were well equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment. Their knowledge and experience were evident, and they took the time to explain the entire procedure to ensure I was fully informed, since this was kind a new process for me. They carefully cleaned and prepared the sewer lines before applying the spray lining and coating, ensuring a seamless and durable finish. The newly coated I sewer line is now more resistant to leaks, cracks, and deterioration. The Team took great care to minimize disruptions and left no mess behind, which I greatly appreciated.
