Eva was lovely to work with during our home sale. She wanted to know what our expectations were around the experience itself, not just the results we wanted in the endand she delivered on both. She knows the Pasadena market so intimately and can forecast things incredibly well. Its rare to find someone like Eva, with the ability to be both warm and caring, and at the same time smart, strategic, and efficient. She never got frustrated with our questions, or repeat questions, she was just there for us. It made me feel truly cared for to know Eva was anticipating our needs. When 8 offers came in, she showed us how to navigate them and move forward in a way that was respectful to us, as well as the prospective buyers. We decided to sell our house, but we were unsure of where the market stood and when the best time to sell would be. Thankfully, Eva came in and had a great strategy. She assured us that wed get the number we were looking for and thats exactly what happened. On top of that, her whole team seemed to inherently understand what we needed without explanation. The entire experience was incredibly well managed and you feel truly taken care of. I cant tell you how unique, and appreciated that was.

Eva Lin and her whole team are incredible! They helped us sell our childhood home, which can sometimes be emotional and overwhelming.
