White Horse Lounge

I miss white horse lounge so much, hoping for a smooth reopening soon. They have amazing drinks and burgers. The fries are also top notch. Great value for the portions and the staff is super friendly.

Never reopened. Look, this place closed down early last year and hasn't reopened. There are for lease signs in every window!

Now that I have the mental headspace I shouldve spoke up sooner but when you work in a shady hostile environment its hard to give The White Horse Credit for their code of conduct. This place treats customers with the upmost care but treat their workers as if they are just another number disposable. My dad died when I used to work here and nobody from management showed any support nor did they provided grievance pay but instead decided to compensate me by using up all of my sick hours. When it comes to work experience I must say its the absolute worst. I wont play victim either, in a nutshell you may have a great experience paying top dollar for mediocre entrees. Hopefully its gotten better to where management can be transparent with their workers instead of talking behind their backs & promote actual growth. Everything would be top tier if workers were treated with absolute respect and felt valued without having to fear losing their jobs. Its been bittersweet.
