        The customer service is good, everyone is polite; however, they filed my return incorrectly and my tax "specialist" did not seem to know what she was doing and she was incredibly disorganized-- she called me on a Saturday afternoon, two days before the deadline, to tell me I had to go in person to pick up a form, sign it and mail it myself in order for my tax return to be finalized. She did such a horrible job that I prefer to deal with the IRS myself now that I am in trouble than go back there.
