Exer Urgent Care - Pasadena - Lake Ave

unsanitary clinic.also, told i was 3rd in lines waited an hour then put in a room. after another 30 min i asked how long and they said maybe an hour or hour and half , maybe more. I don't want to list all of the health coat violations But there were many. Clinic was recently bought by Exer, But they have not Evaluated or maintained any level of standard of quality. unfriendly staff not really engaging. The whole check-in process is on an app. That is a bit classist. Give people the option of manual check-in. I could clearly see some elderly patients having a difficult time with the check In process.

Very bad service and not caring about the patient and leaving the patient in the waiting room for a long time if you already have an appointment and not caring about the patient's time at all and the nurse disappearing for several hours just to enter the patient's information.

Staff is great. Wait time depends on how urgent is your ailment. Doctors are on a rotating basis. You may not see the same physician twice based on the day of the week. That works against you because you have to restate your issues with a new doctor. The only bad experience Ive had in the year Ive been using this clinic is that an older doctor misdiagnosed my serious upper respiratory infection. Instead of prescribing me with anti-biotics he told me to take over-the-counter medication. I ended up at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena for an entire day. So this place is hit and miss when it comes to medical care.

The front office staff was very courteous and efficient. The wait in room was long, but the doctor was very thorough and for me very effective. I appreciate that UrgentMED - Pasadena was available when my GP is out of office for two weeks.
