        Visited it today. The electronic kiosk for checking in was BROKEN for several days. After GIVING me the paper ticket and calling my number, the desk lady approached to me asked me 10 times "did you register in THE MACHINE?" in a very rude voice, apparently trying to put some pressure on me. After me asking her back for 10 times "which machine?", she finally registered me manually. The security guy started to circle around me asking "if I felt fine, or had a problem". The other pesonell gave me deep breaths, laughs and other "hints" of my ridiculous behavior, including nurses. Reported it to customer grievance. They were getting worse with customers over the last few years. But this is something new.

        I took my 5yr daughter to urgent care at 9am, front office staff was amazing, and super helpful, took me 45min to see the Dr but when I did the Dr and nurse were quick, and thorough. Not bad for being my first time.

        They dont ever have a chance to give anything better than 4 hours in the urgent care. I went for tb reading follow up and it was a 4 hours wait for the negative results. Another time I went with a mild cardiac arrest and waited 3 hours. Another time carried two infants waited 5 hours. ALWAYS SAID STAFF SHORT
