        After speaking with my TeleHealth provider I was recommended this urgent care. I went in for eye pain and soreness. The doctor barely spent any time looking at my eye and mentioned referring me to an optometrist. She causally asked me if I wanted eye drops since I mentioned also having dry eyes, which I was open to. I left undiagnosed, no referral was sent (I made my own appointment without any referral) and when I went to get the eye drops they were not covered by my insurance and coated $760 (I did not purchase them.) My care wasnt negative, but I felt like I didnt receive any care and just wasted a lot of time.

        Zero stars really. I made an appointment through their portal since I was told on the phone I can't schedule it via phone. But when I showed up they had no record of it on their end, someone else was in the appointment slot, and they absolutely did not care. They repeatedly said patronizing things like, "Are you sure you're in the right place, sweety?" Nothing else to say, not going back.
