        My experience was very pleasant. The staff was thorough, polite, professional and efficient. I was picked up at the body shop where my vehicle was being repaired and when the repairs were done, I was given a ride back to the shop. Easy peasy!

        I have rented from Enterprise for over twenty years. I most often find the experience more than adequate. My only concern is the "disconnect" between "corporate" and "local"; more than once I have reserved a car online, only to find out that it's not available when I go to pick it up. Corporate takes and confirms the reservation, local apparently gets notification that morning, and has nothing available. I do not fault the local people, in fact, I have been saved a wasted trip when they've called to let me know that the vehicle isn't there (and, not at the next nearest--they checked). On the local level I've seen them bend over backwards to accommodate me. Overall, I recommend Enterprise. If you've reserved a car online, it might be best to contact the local agency to be sure one will be there.
