Dentist does good work but office manager who deals with billing is not very helpful. She told me my insurance wasn't active that i should've called 1st before i made appt and then when i called, she ignored my call.

I was not satisfied with thier business practices. They are only motivated by how much money they can charge you. I went there to have some cavities filled, and teeth cleaning. They stated I needed crowns, root canal and deep cleaning. I left and will have the work done elsewhere. I did not like the service or the dollar generated treatment. I don't recommend this office to anyone!

Yes the place is clean and they have new equipment but that stops there.. Had a minor cavity that they didnt catch that turned into a major issue.. After several appointments where I missed work they couldnt get a root canal done which I would not need had they catch the cavity on the previous X-rays.. Dentist Dr Brarr called in sick on one appointment, on another dentist present didnt do root canals, on the last one dentist Brarr left without doing the root canal nor letting me know he was leaving when he actually left me to be prepped for the root canal.. Bad experiences here time after time.. You've been warned.. This place needs new and experienced dentists..

The receptionist that work here are always speaking in Spanish in which I feel its very unprofessional and Im a Spanish speaker myself but if I didnt I would think they are talking about me just like my friend who I referred here experienced it. I had a scary painful experience one of the the doctors that was doing my filling wasnt listening to me when I kept saying I was in pain and if it wasnt for one of the nurses who had to scream at him doctor stop shes saying shes in pain the next time I went I asked for another doctor and no one bothered to ask why in which they made me feel there was no care for the patient. I stopped going here and wont refer no one here.
