    The first time my wife and I stayed here a mouse ran across her foot while sitting on the toilet. I let that go. I'm back and the bottles of conditioner shampoo and body wash were empty. I called the front desk and got some little bottles but desk clerk seem with and attitude. I pay my money and the don't get mad excepting it but damn costet service needs help around here. I have been here more than 10 times. I don't need attitudes. I'll never stay here again. Hampton is right down the road and never had problems with Hampton. These people lost my business and I will be back many more times Rooms: It sucks. I'll go stay at Hampton next yime

    We had a nice overall stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. My only dissatisfaction was the breakfast. The breakfast cafe was closed and they had grab n go bags of food in the lobby. A hot breakfast was supposed to be included with our stay. The breakfast bags had boxed juice, granola bar, and a prepackaged muffin. Not very good. They should give customers a discount when they cant provide their standard breakfast.

    Stayed here a couple times the last few months and wont ever stay here again. The night shift always approves late check out. Then I get a phone call that nothing was approved and I need to leave immediately. I feel they get pressured by the room service staff. Either way the receptionists are not understanding and will pretty much call you a liar. I stayed a couple other times, just to find out it was a repetitive thing and not a one time occurrence here. Choose the newer hotel for the same price.

    It was ok. There were ants well over the room. We didn't make a fuss as we arrived tired, late at night, and leaving in the morning. The breakfast was a grab and go kind of thing with smashed muffins. The coffee machine at the front desk didn't work properly and the front desk attendants notice is struggling or didn't care to help. The guy that checked us in was very nice though and we got the much needed sleep we were looking for.

    Stay here quite often. At least 20 times a year and the rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly. There is no restaurant in the facility but several within a walking distance. This has got to be the only Best Western Plus that does not have some type of breakfast. They used to have small to go bags which were helpful, but have discontinued that so keep pushing them to bring them back. It would seem the owners are pinching pennies.
