Do not waste your money. She represented my loved one and did not speak up for him at his parole hearing. She did not even know that facts of the case. Did not visit him but once through zoom for 30 minutes. Her receptionist had more knowledge than she did. Terrible experience!

We are forever grateful for Tracy's knowledge and support. Today with her by my husbands side he was granted parole after serving 27 years of his 2 life sentences of 7 to life. Words cannot express how we are feeling!

I have not used nor have my friends, as far as I know, used the services of Attorney Lum. If the service that I got from Isabel in the front office is any indication, Attorney Lum will be very helpful. Isabel responded to my questions when I called about a friend who I thought might be represented by Attorney Lum. He was not but Isabel gave me as much assistance as she couldon how to follow up.
