    I went to this Taco Bell today with my Australian Shepherd to get some tacos after work. I was about to leave the parking lot when I noticed that my cinnamon twists were not included. I went back to the drive thru and told the woman that something was missing from my bag. She was very brisk, did not apologize and instructed me to just wait in line again. Now there were another 4-5 cars waiting ahead of me in line and things were moving extremely slow. I would have gone inside to pick up the cinnamon twists, but I told the woman I had a dog in the car and it was 90+ degree weather so I couldn’t leave him. I didn’t want to wait another 15-20 minutes for my cinnamon twists and asked if someone could just run them out to me. She got really snappy and said they were too busy to do that and running things out is not their job, so I would have to wait in line all over again. I waited in line for another 15 minutes and the manager was waiting for me at the window when I got there. He was even a snappier than the woman on the intercom and said “We’ll take care of this for you this time, but you need to know that it is not our job to send people outside.” I told him that I understood mistakes happen and why he might not want to send people outside; I only asked because I couldn’t leave my dog in the car. I said the real issue was that they made a mistake with my order and were extremely rude about it. Nobody apologized for the mistake or making me wait another 15 minutes to get the missing item, all they did was speak to me with an attitude and complained about how busy they were. None of the employees had name tags on and the manager took my receipt and put it far away on the counter behind him. I don’t think that I’ve ever been spoken to with such hostility out of all of my customer service experiences in my life. Do NOT come here.

    HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE! Ok so first off this location is attached to a gas station, so was already questioning how decent it would be since it is located right off the road. The customer service was horrible, a sign on the register inside said no in store orders due to short staff ( mins you there were six employees standing around taking and an empty drive through) I completely understand issues with short staff however when I asked if I could place an order as our truck and trailer would it fit they were rude and said not enough staff could carry out an order (mind you again empty drive through and employees sitting around talking). Therefore I placed a mobile order and we attempted the drive through, however without luck I had to go inside as our vehicle did not fit. Once inside they were rude there were flies everywhere, and when I picked up the order the food was thrown together in the wrapper and not even assembled to creat what would have been a burrito. This location is the worst, the customer service is horrible and the food was terrible.
