        Came back from Tahoe, just needed the salt washed off. I could have done a better job with a garden hose. This car wash needs to be fixed/serviced. The soap sputters out and then the machine gives a little mist to wash it off. Worst car wash Ive ever used. It doesnt even spray off the front or back of the car. Zero stars.

        Place was clean, and hidden just a little off the main road. Crew made quick work of the oil change. Dont forget to say hi to the dog.

        made an appointment and showed up for it for that day and they told me the mechanic called in come back next day, next day I called them and they said he was still out sick. decided to go somewhere else because my tires are down to wires. drove by as I was going to place in auburn and sure as heck there were people getting their tires worked on.... I'm not saying they are bad or anything. the least that they could do is call me and let me know I should find somewhere else since it is more of an emergency situation.

      Rick, Sorry for your bad experience with the Car Wash. I am assuming it was NOT during Eagle business hours or we could have rewashed or refunded you then. The wash is automated to operate untended and is also programmed to protect itself if it detects a vehicle moving while operating and will terminate the wash, occasionally if the vehicle is not squarely on the "treadle switch" the gantry moving over the vehicle will cause enough vibration to indicate a moving vehicle. Not knowing what your vehicle is or when you used the car wash I will not be able to review our cameras to determine the problem.
