Addison Ranch Apartments

Lived in Addison Ranch Apartments for over a year, I cannot say enough bad things about this property management company. From towing our registered car, to failing to fulfill maintenance requests. They are predatory beyond no belief. Stay away at all costs.

I've lived here for two years with my partner. We are a gay couple in Petaluma and we have pride decorations inside our home. Addison Ranch in Petaluma is not a safe place for LGBTQ people to live. There are bigots in the main office who have spent the last 18 months attempting to bully us until we move, they've admitted this directly to us. All of our balcony and indoor furniture and decorations comply with the lease, but Denise from the main office has specifically said they will continue to send us notices to clean up our balcony until our indoor pride decorations come down. When we bring up that our furniture complies with the lease, and that our balcony looks similar, if not identical, to every single other occupied home on campus, the main office just repeats themselves and acts like we will just do what they say, when we shouldn't have to put up with unwarranted harassment. You cannot see our indoor Pride decorations unless you are trying to spy inside the home, which makes us feel like we are being watched. Specifically by Denise. We have contacted their corporate office, and Tiffany, their district supervisor, refuses to do anything. Claiming we need to reread our lease instead of asking for help with obvious anx illegal discrimination. We will not be moving, because moving is too expensive for us right now, but due to how much harm they have tried to cause us, we have no choice, but to be sure all of Sonoma County and Petaluma know how unsafe this apartment complex is for LGBTQ Households. To Addison Ranch: You can fix this with a direct applogy, and the promise to allow us our deserved peace.

Pro: Maintainace are on call and efficient. Cons: 1. Our electric bike was stolen from Porch.(more than 2000$) 2. Strangers knock on my door twice asking for donation.( you must install cameras). 3.They tow my car on heavy rain day and cost us 800$ to release. They have ample amount of parking space yet you must park on designated spot. So , if you have young children then its extremely inconvenient to accommodate them especially on rainy days. 4. Only few apartments have outdoor storages. If you are lucky, you will get it. 5.Marijuana s smell is huge disappointment . Some residents do smoke inside while opening their windows or door. Gives me headaches. Overall: Never again

One of the worst place by far the front desk lady disrespectful. And wrong on everything family was treating to get evicted of things wrong with apartment that was never fix cant even us microwave without kitchen light going out has to rest breaker everytime. Don't move here rachele in the front is a living hell. Addison ranch corporate office need to do something this is why people moving out. Scott should of never left
