I took my truck in to get the brakes inspected. They were honest and told me my brakes were fine. When I went to pickup my truck the guy at front desk (kevin maybe) was telling me how nice and clean my truck is and told me he took it for a few laps around the parking lot to test brakes the way he said it made me feel uneasy. After paying I walked back to my truck and there were two dents/scratches in my steel bumper. I hand wash my truck so I know every imperfection on it. Kevin kept saying it was just a rock, even tho there was rustic red paint in the dent ( same color as lift). Additionally, You know how big of a rock you would have to hit to dent a thick steel bumper ? They denied doing anything to my truck. The mechanic that worked on it contradicted kevin and said We drove it to the lift inspected brakes then parked it they refused to admit fault, and just walked away smirking. When I drove truck away from shop there was a significant difference in my steering and front axel noise. My hubs were locked meaning someone put my truck in 4wd. They didnt even unlock the hubs after their 4wd joyride. I will never be back

My wife was told we needed all the brakes replaced. Accu-Line let us know we still had life in the rear brakes. Great to have a place we can trust for our auto work. Definitely recommend!

Came in for a simple rear differential fluid exchange and cover replacement . Was quoted a price of around $175. I brought the truck in, left it over night, picked it up in the morning and as I was walking out noticed on the receipt that they used the wrong fluid. I went back in and the owner Stephen had to do some research to find out if the fluid was wrong. Received a call later saying it was the wrong fluid and to bring it back in and they can use a machine to suck the fluid out and put the right fluid in, was told would take a little over an hour. After rescheduling all my plans I brought the truck back in to them, waited at McDonalds for over 1.5 hours, no call, walked back to find out they had to take the cover off to drain the fluid and was told I had to wait another hour. fair enough I guess. The new fluid is more expensive then the wrong fluid that was on the original quote. So they charged me another $50. When i went to pay and asked if they could help me out and give me a discount on the fluid for my inconvenience having to drive back to Petaluma from Santa Rosa and shuffle all my plans around, Stephens response was I already lost money on labor and charged you wholesale for the fluid. That's not an excuse for trying to help me out. Of course you lost money on labor, you put the wrong fluid in my truck, your going to have to re-do it. That's on you. Luckily I even caught that it was the wrong fluid in the first place, this is a super duty F 250 that I'm hooking a 5000 lb dump trailer to. If I didn't notice I'm sure I would have burn up the differential gears and would have been stuck with a several thousand dollar bill due to their mistake. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I do believe they are nice guys, and because they gave me a pretty good deal on my instrument cluster fix, but even then they forgot to connect my trailer brakes wires back and I was left wondering why my trailer brakes weren't working and had to figure it out.
