Number One Cleaning

Today was my first time using Numer one cleaning. I called on Tuesday asking for cleaning my kitchen , I cook a lot and my stove was not keeping the heat on the correct temperature. My fire alarm has gone off several times and my entire kitchen walls , ceiling the frig.all full of grease. It was the worst I've ever seen.Cindy was able to make me an appointment two days later. I bought a new stove and its scheduled to be here on Friday. So by getting a day and time so quickly was awesome. This very nice lady was here at 9:50 the time was set for 10:00, and Cindy ask if she could be here a little early, of course I said yes. Pam introduced herself and was very friendly. I showed her the grease room and she got to work right then. I have 2 dogs and locked them in a room not to be in her way. She said she's fine with dogs and I don't need to be away. I let them out and they were fine, they really liked her. After 2 hours I took a look and I was amazed by how clean the walls and cupboards were. Then almost 3 3/4 hours she was finished and the kitchen was as beautiful as it was when we moved in 20 years ago, and it was brand new. If there were 6 stars I would of rated it a 6.the price was very fair and I do intend to call again, and I'll ask for Pam. Thank you ladies you both are fantastic

Cindy and her team do an amazing job! They use natural cleaning products so I know my family is safe and the house is always sparkling after they have come. They do all the deep cleaning that is hard to get to with a full-time job and two kids. I have know Cindy for years and she is an extremely hard worker and great person. She takes great pride in her business. I recommend their services highly!

So I can't comment on the quality of cleaning they actually perform, but customer service level is so low, I didn't even want to find out. Cindy, at No 1 House Cleaning apparently doesn't feel that returning calls promptly and following up is necessary in her line of work. And when I reached out to cancel 24 hours prior to my appointment I never received a return call. When she did show up to our canceled appointment decided to scream profanities at us. I'm just glad this woman didn't step foot into my home. Beware....
