Well this company guarantees 12 hour turn around on their tests and thats absolutely NOT true! I missed a major event because my test didnt come back within the 12 hours ! I called and emailed and I get it your behind due to demand but I specifically asked the woman at the drive through I could have tested the day before I I knew they were running behind! ** to your response thank you for that BUT the woman at the location was the one that told me 12 hours. And if your free why do you ask fir my insurance on line? Just would like a specific answer for the next time I am forced to miss a event.

Don't use them unless you want to have to allow Microsoft 365 access to your email account and info. The fact that they can't provide an alternate way to access your results is disturbing. I don't have a personal 365 account and don't want one. The one time password doesn't work. There are a number of other ways to provide secure email access without having to deal with Microsoft365.
