Did a good job on the root canal, but was rather petulant when complaining about my small mouth. The effort to keep my mouth open made my jaw hurt and along with the nerve damage (due to radiation treatment for throat cancer) made the experience excruciating. And this guy hems and haws about opening my mouth because he can't get his hands in. Dude, it's your job, cope! Your manner was off-putting enough without the sighing.

Good work at a fair price. Dr Balytsky is worth considering for your Endodontics. His staff is very nice and good at their job as well.

I had an infected tooth that was very painful and needed a root canal ASAP. My regular endodontist was on vacation and not available. Dr Balytsky stepped in with only one day notice. I give him and his office 5 stars plus one. They're professional and extremely competent at what they do. The doctor was a heck of a nice guy.

Dr. Did a great job with my Root Canal today, as far as no pain. Professional and asked how I was doing throughout. However only criticism I have is he was basically doing it alone a majority of the time. At your primary dentist they have their assistant there suctioning saliva etc. she got up and left 2 seconds in and returned last 1 minute, he's trying to find everything etc, which probably makes it take longer and not as good as it could have been quality wise I'm sure. However overall everyone was very nice and pleasant, pricing was on the high side as a heads up.

My experience with them from the start was just dreadful. The receptionists are nice enough but the MA had a permanent scowl on her face and treated me like I was unwelcome. The doctor was less than caring about how scared I was. The kicker? Were in a PANDEMIC and they dont offer payment arrangements for people who can put down 1300 up front. Stay FAR FAR AWAY clearly money comes over patient care here.
