        Stayed last night. Woke up this morning to a dent in my door and my sunroof shattered!!! I asked the front desk if they had cameras and she said no I told her what happened and she said oh sorry have a nice day and didnt bother to help with anything else! Will not be recommending this stay to anyone!

      Dear Ms. Wicke,I apologize for your experience with us. We are typically a very safe place to stay and I have been scouring the back area to try to figure out why your sun roof would have been targeted. We had no other incidents reported at the hotel that evening. I have spoken to the front desk agent regarding your encounter and I feel she was trying to "quote" the hotel policy (as with all hotels) that we are not responsible for incidents that are out of our control. That being said, she should have had more empathy for your situation and she has been counseled in that regard.Regards,The Management
