        The doctor is nice, but I think I needed stronger glasses. The girl that helped me was extremely helpful. But they Never answer their phones! Why is that?

        Doctors are great can't complain, but I have been trying to call them to ask a question and nobody answers for days. I'm not sure what is going on the only thing I get is their automated voice, it rings and nobody answers. It's really frustrating that for one question I actually have to go to their office to get my answer.

        I have been going to Petaluma eyecare for many years I walked in to ask them if I could look at the glasses before I made an appointment to see if there was something that I wanted and they refused and said I needed an appointment and would not allow me to look at the glasses. Not only that but they demand that you wear a mask to enter which is illegal. I will be filing a lawsuit against Petaluma eyecare.

        Spent $600 for glasses. Got the prescriptions wrong. Wouldn't fix them. Horrible place with incompetent staff.
