Laurie is the most knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated instructor of any kind Ive ever encountered. She was amazingly generous when working with me for almost 10 years. I unfortunately got sick and was unable to return but can recommend her above and beyond any body therapist you can find. She will discover your weaknesses and rebalance your body in ways you cant imagine. I was stronger and even had to change the style of clothes I wore because what had once been useless fat or even muscle was retrained to do what the body intended. She restored balance and strength. There is no better Pilates based PT around and compares with her one on one attention all other PTs have just been a waste. She sets a different standard.
