This is false advertisement! I been coming here for a while and everything went great. However, the last couple times I come here to get diaper that's then I felt the deals they had is ripped off. It says if I spend $100 or more I get $20 gift cards on baby supplies such as diaper, baby health etc. apparently I have to scan the barcode to see if is eligible. But on the board it did not mansion that. It even have the sign next to the baby health supplies but apparently it doesn't count. Smh

I have seen a significant change with the upkeep of the store . I have been coming to this target since they opened and have seen it become a mess. The restroom smell , which is disgusting as you pass by since they are located by the entrance of the store . The outside is full of trash and is dirty. It's a shame for the city and the residents of Pico Rivera.
