I have used Patricia for both a sale and a purchase. On our purchase I gave Patty a price that I was willing to pay, she negotiated an amazing deal that fit exactly what we wanted. Patricia was amazing! I was a first-time buyer and had lots of question from the get-go. She was great at answering my questions in a knowledgeable and helpful manner as well as worked with my schedule (weekends & evenings). She was very gracious when i brought nearly all of family to the showings to help me with my decision. A HUGE plus that she speaks Spanish because she was able to communicate the nuances to my family as well. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is looking for purchase a home or simply has questions regarding the process!
