Where do I begin? This was a very complicated, stressful, and tense situation we honestly got thrown into rather quickly and unexpectedly. We have been living in my in laws home for quite a while and unfortunately right after my father in laws passing they decided to put the home up for sale. It was very difficult to process everything all at once, especially for my fianc. To grieve your father and in a moments notice to feel like you are also about to lose the place you called home, was all too much to endure for us as a family. We were left contemplating on the decision to buy this home, buy another home or just go out and rent. We prayed, we cried, we tried everything all at once. Searched for apartments, searched for lenders, looked at homes. Everything was happening too fast, too soon. One night I came across century 21 website and I sent an inquiry for a home and the very next day Luther Sanchez arrived at our door step. He came with a booklet in hand, very professional, very open and honest. When he shared his knowledge with us he left a very good impression that never left our minds. He spoke with good intentions, but most of all he listened to us. He understood our needs and made sure to exceed our expectations. After all the back and forth we decided to purchase this home that means so much to my significant other. We know that purchasing a home is a business transaction but to us it was much more than that. This home has family history, a deep appreciation for what his late father worked hard to have and give to my sweetheart Frank. There was no one else who couldve made this happen for us. Luther and his team made sure our children would continue to grow and make beautiful memories inside this home that is now officially ours. We needed to find someone that cared as much as we did, Luther cared. It never felt like it was just business to him because its not. Having him on our side felt like a good friend who has your best interest at heart. The trust we had in him during such a difficult time made the process a lot easier for us as a family. We are forever grateful for Luther and his team. Luther will always be number 1 in our book. Thank you a thousand times.

We met Luther in 2021 when we bought our Home. Luther kept us informed of market trends for 2 years until we decided to sell our home. Luther has been professional and is very informative. At the beginning, he met with us and presented us with his marketing plan of the selling of our home and answered all our questions and concerns. He makes the home selling process an east transition. He kept us updated during the process and was available to answer any questions we had. We plan on keeping that relationship with Luther for any future purchase.

Luther Sanchez was referred to me by a realtor friend from another area as someone who's professional, bilingual (big plus), and has a good reputation. Luther showed himself to be that and more. He's smart, focused and someone who's easy to work with, competent and capable. My sale was not straight forward because I had longterm tenants living at my house. I could have experienced much sadness and aggravation not to mention big expenses evicting my tenants, which I did not want to do, but Luther, like a knight on his steed, came to my rescue and sorted the matter completely and happily. I could not have asked for a more perfect person to handle the sale of my house. Thank you, Luther.
