I loved the service that Marcos provided me, to begin with he is a very nice person, his office has enough privacy to do your taxes calmly.
I loved that I tried the way you will pay less and get a bigger refund and I did it.
I had some doubts and he clarified them for me.
The prices he gave me seemed cheap compared to other places.
So why pay more if with Marcos you can do them very well and at a fair price.
Definitely recommended.

Had a quote with exact forms provided (W-2, 1099, etc..) over the phone and through text and showed up and charged me more than what he had mentioned. He said it was a promotion which I addressed I was never made aware of that in any form while we spoke or texted. Felt rushed when signing off their consent forms. Inclusively, was handed a tax form by mistake that had social security number and name of someone else and had to bring to his attention. He kept telling me to sign and felt I was not given enough time to read thoroughly. Brought my taxes from prior years and he addressed it was marketing material and in which it was a transcript of my taxes and I had to point out the areas I had questions and guide him through it. Thats when he decided to provide further information. Very dry sense of customer service. Sense he wanted to get through to me as quickly as possible. Very evasive in questions I had. Not coming back or referring anyone.
