This review is for Dignity Health not a specific provider. We relocated our Mom to another city so we needed her medical records transferred and processed an ROI - release of information. After 3-weeks of DH receiving our ROI the records were still not senr to the new provider. For the next week we were given the run around and lies by their 3rd party Medical Records provider and excuse-making by Dignity Health. One month later and the new provider still has not received our Moms records therefore there is no history on an ongoing lung issue for the new provider. DH is aware of a history of failures by this 3rd party vendor yet still employs no follow through on patient requests. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. UPDATE: I left a voicemail with the Patient Experience Department on 3/5 as advised below and received a call back from them expressing their apologies, and that they would contact the 3rd party vendor theyre contracted with. Today, 3/11, our mothers medical records STILL have not been provided. The new pulmonologist asked us to continue to pursue these records so that they could examine the history of the growth on the lung. This is completely unacceptable when these records should have been sent to the new provider on Jan 26 when they received the required completed forms from us. UPDATE #2 - Medical records received 3/12/24 by new provider.

Nurse practitioner spent a very minimal time on my daughters examination (maybe a total of 5-6 minutes). She stated that there is a lot of flu going around and that was likely what my daughter had. I inquired about her tremendous ear ache and the NP suggested it was caused by the flu. The NP said that we could get a test taken for covid/flu/rsv that would give better clarity and that the results would come back with a couple of days. When we still didnt get the results on day 3 (eventually received them on day 4) we scheduled an appointment with another doctor who confirmed there was an inner ear infection after receiving negative results from covid/flu/rsv within 15 minutes. Prescribed antibiotics and my daughter has seen tremendous improvement after day 2 of proper meds. We will NEVER visit this urgent care again

I just called to have a script transferred for my daughter because it was not available for three days after she was diagnosed with influenza A. She came home to Arizona and the doctor who saw her is out so they will not call her percription in to a pharmacy in Arizona. She was seen twice there in two days because they did not diagnose her correctly. When I tried to talk to someone at the front desk, the receptionist was so rude I could not believe it. I explained several times that we tried to get the script before she left but no parmacies anywhere had it. And said it would take at least 3 days to be available. She rudely said that I should have checked before she left and hung up on me.

The very best staff!! Every single one of then!! I would recommend..I even brought my 12year old.
