Eliseo = 5 stars Manny = 5 stars Julia = 5 stars Kirker creek = 2 star Eliseo, Manny, and Julia have always been helpful, respectful, professional, understanding, and get accomplished what is necessary. I trust them to help me out if there is an issue. I dont know how I could live here without them. However, kirker creek on the whole gave me a bait and switch from what I thought I was getting. The positive is that it looks very clean and neat, outside the horrific trash areas. Homeless are constantly getting in and Ive been threatened twice. Ive never seen all three pool areas in proper working condition. In the summer large groups of non-residents come to the pools and destroy them. The communication is very poor. I will not be renewing my lease. Thank you Eliseo, Manny, and Julia for helping me get through these next few months.

Eliseo is a great communicator and works diligently to fix any issues around the complex. I appreciate his energy here at the complex!
