The customer service was amazing and the receptionist had explained me my insurance benefits very thoroughly my dentist was so sweet to me and made my day way better Today I had a bit of a frustrating morning, Had booked an appointment with a local dentist office On Monday an went to my scheduled appt and during the x-ray exam the dentist had to leave due to a personal or family medical emergency ? I understand the circumstances.. They had reschedule my appointment for Tuesday at 9am I asked for any earlier appointments an that was there earliest time they had available.. I show up for my Tuesday 9am appointment and the dentist did my exam and told me that it would be a two day process to a deep cleaning and still needed to verify my insurance first and during our conversation he stated that he could do a deep cleaning with my teeth with the wire on my teeth the Last red flag, When I called and made the original appointment I was instructed to take out the wire out for my appointment After my exam I become very frustrated and mentioned that I would be leaving I called a few places and so many places were booked out later in the month of April an then I found Pittsburg Family Dental they were very professional and the Dental assistant was sweet and communicated the process to me very well and I also enjoyed the sign of proper dental cleaning at my dental chair it educated me on the proper ways of having the best oral health and dentist had such of humor as well After my experience today
