I had an appointment with the agent I went there I pent around an hour waiting for her and I called the agent more than ten times no response the office was closed this was the worst experience with an insurance agent for the first I still keep calling nobody answers I didnt want to give them one star they never answered my phone calls for days .

Andrea is excellent. She is very responsive to all my needs. 04/13/2023. PLEASE READ Im providing an update to my last review !! Andreas customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said shed get back to me, its Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
