This review is for a wonderful lady Eva who went above and beyond for our family to have warm meals since our microwave oven broke down 3 weeks ago. As renters, we reported the microwave which suddenly stopped working and were told that the maintenance will come and check it out soon. One and a half weeks went by and nobody called so we called back instead. Maintenance arrived and said that it has to be replaced and that it will be delivered by the next week. The second week came but no delivery so we called back again only to be informed that it has been canceled; they never knew who canceled it. We called Eva from the office and she worked on right away to have it delivered herself; but have to B call maintenance to install it. Called maintenance again only to be told that it will be scheduled for next week! A family member who is a technician installed it instead because this request has been 3 weeks old. Eva called again on a Saturday to say that the old microwave will be picked up by no less than her. Since nobody was home, we left the appliance by the driveway. She came by herself, placed everything inside the box, wheeled it to her car but had a hard time carrying it inside her car. She flagged several drivers to help her and 2 individuals stopped and came to her aid and helped her out. 100 kudos to her in getting the job done Thank You! But to the maintenance, I give them a very inefficient rating when they should be the one doing all this work!!!
