Call to get service two cars blockingmy drive way, trying to give them some work. Lady on the phone very RUDE person. Not even trying to help, cars doesn't even belongs to me, said I have to be responsible for them. Blocking my drive. What happened to towed at Owner expense. Not with this place not your car you're on the hook for it according to this person at the company. Never call them for anything. Good luck trying to work with them.

My truck ran out of gas on James Donolon in Antioch. I pulled my truck to the side furthest I could off the road. I tried walking n getting gas in a container that got stolen. (Actually true). I went back and seen it was there and okay. I walked a second time the other way and got gas and a starter in case the lights killed the battery. It was gone when I returned. The truck was fully legit. No kind of violations occurd. I found d out Antioch police had hernandez tow it. I called Antioch police and was actually impressed with the lutenant. I explained my story n he took off the hold and his charges right away. I called Hernandez to explain and they couldn't care less. They wanted $600+ just days later n wouldn't budge regardless of the situation. And $80 @ day was added. Again and again. I called to tell them I would be there to pick up my things from inside. They told me we to come by. I did an hour before closing to find them gone. Shop closed. For the whole weekend. I had everything I owned in the truck as I was transitioning housing. The staff seemed rude and unprofessional. I asked if we could settle or negotiate s price to get my new truck (4 weeks with me) They couldn't care less of my situation. Th we y will end up keeping it. ($4000) loss for me. Then they also sell it for thousands and keep all belongings. I ended up homeless and without my transportation n lost everything I had. I was forced to move to Alameda after sleeping on the street for days trying to fix this.

Went into the car and emptied my buddies wallet while it was inside their closed door shop. Took all his money, all his cards. These people should be shut down. Not ok
