The worst apartments to live in only had room for staff but the apartments are terrible and there were mice in them. I lived there for years when it was the Adobe and the office people were rude and they evicted me without giving any explanations. They only gave me two weeks to get out of there and they said It was because of my dog and the dog is a companion and then they said that they simply did not want to rent more and the man in the office was very rude and hung up on me when I was fifteen. I had an explanation, I ordered several things to be repaired and they never did it. There were mice and they weren't either. To solve it, cockroaches came out through the zinc at night, definitely the worst place to live.

First I want to start by giving God all the glory I was truly blessed to get my Apartment I've been living in my apartment for a couple years now it's very comfortable maintenance Rudy is doing a fantastic job. Also I want to thank the Lord for giving us a great manager Lupe she does an amazing job she's very caring and compassionate Lupe does an amazing job I want to thank the Lord for giving us an amazing manager Lupe she's there to help us in any way if needed. elevate Apartments are very blessed to have Lupe as our manager I thank you for being such a great manager thank you for all that you do Amen. I give it a ten star rating.

Management (guadlupe)is very helpful with issues.and maintenance is on top of things.and grounds are well kept and parking lot is always picked up.

Ive lived here for almost a year now, it had been great for the most part! Enrique helped me and my Wife move in with ease the whole entire process as a whole was so easy and flexible, Enriques customer service and hospitality is out of this world, he made the move in experience feel so comfy, the apartments are super clean no roaches or anything of the sort and they keep up with maintenance, I have no complaints!

I lived here 2022 to early 2023 and it was the worst living situation I have experienced. The manager Lupe was cruel and unprofessional on many counts. This complex has a MICE infestation issue which is why I left after no real attempt was made to fix holes in my apartment or take responsibility for it. I had to get the health department involved as the mice were eating our food and their droplets were consistently in our kitchen, a horrendous health hazard to me and my family. I was told that my apartment had crumbs on the floor and that was attracting the mice. Lupe continuously gaslighted me and tried to make it a personal issue when its truly the fact that the walls are crawling with mice. You will see stray cats all over the place and they have them there for that purpose, a part of the community you can say. I had to break my lease after much disrespect and lack of action on everybody's part including the Vice President who I spoke to on countless occasions. I would give 0 stars if allowed.
