Villa Angelina Apartments

Management is off-site so it can be tricky to get help with things if you need anything requiring immediate attention, but they are still receptive of any issues you may have as long as you contact them via phone or email. Their support staff is really helpful and friendly. Maintenance is A+, always quick to take care of any issues and are very friendly. Lived here for about 3 years now and enjoying it so far.

Rudy has been super helpful. All my work orders have been taken care of. I took a star down because I had a few issues figuring out where things were because the office is 100% virtual. I had a lot to figure out on my own & getting my lease wasnt as smooth as it could be. I had to call the office 10x to get things sent to me because their online leasing process made it difficult just to get the keys. Once I got it, I didnt get a map of where things are, so I wouldnt have known where storage is if Rudy hadnt shown me. If you have time to move in and get settled, then it shouldnt be an issue. I had to rush in to move and it was really difficult getting things done. Outside of that, Id say parking by where I am is an issue since its double gated. Hopefully they make an easier path soon.

The place is not safe. No staff in office. No one answers the phones. Keep out. Essex trying to save on salaries and squeeze tenants. If you live here just stop paying rent. They dont have lawyers and will offer you cash for keys.
