        When did we start not having restrooms available for bank members? Ridiculous. Not happy being a member anymore ,other banks do not blocked for customers. And still had to wait 20 to get verified.

        I had the worst and horrible experience at this Wells Fargo branch at Yorba Linda & Kramer location don't do any service with them.. I won't recommend.. they let me wait 30 minutes after telling me that you needed an appointment to get service.. if there're a zero star for customer service Ill definitely check zero.

        This branch is awesome!Roger helped me open our business account.   He was very professional, knowledgeable and got us going right away.We ran into some issues with the account a couple weeks later and Mia helped us resolve the issues with authority and professionalism.Thank you so much Placentia branch.
