Terrible, untimely service - had the work done May of 2023 and removed a picture from bathroom wall yesterday and the paint peeled off. The work done is not quality and took too long for what needed to be done. Upper management had the nerve to call me a liar. Very unprofessional!

We just got an estimate for a bathroom remodeling. Designer Specialist Marlon Gamez came and made the necessary measurements, always very pleasant, presented the estimate to my husband and I, he listened to ourconcerns with patience, because we're both in our 70s we're a bit slow to understand. Our review for his presentation is ***** five stars***** We will be calling him to remodel our kitchen in a few months for sure. Mr and Mrs. Moudry

I would not recommend this company- the salesman that wrote the contract was not very informative and screwed up details which lead to the delays of completing the job-the first guy to demo our bathroom broke our AC copper pipe- he wasnt careful at all- though Christian- he mostly did the work was amazing- he saved the company from screwing up more- we started 4 weeks ago and we are still NOT DONE- we are still waiting on the tint to be put on and the partition glass for the shower- THE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORENDOUS! with the exception of Christian who has a heart and willing to ease the paiin- We were promised a trip an incentive to use them which we eventually receive AFTER ASKING FOR IT THREE TIMES- I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM!
