I have had the pleasure of working with Officer Manager Nancy Zargaran for two years now. Nancy has been kind, professional and prompt in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend anyone give Nancy (and Brandon) a call for their auto/home insurance needs and I am confident that they will be in good hands. Rates are very high. Bad customer service. This guy will never call you back. The secretary will, but that is not guaranteed. Once you cancel your policy, good luck getting help with any questions, or paperwork you might need in the future regarding an old policy. They won't get back to you and will ignore your calls and emails. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place really sucks at communicating nor is Brandon ever available via phone or email. Only went to this insurance because my brother is/was friends with Brandon. I have to say it is really hard to get in touch with Brandon EVER! I barely call on the phone , mind you I don't like talking on the phone unless it is a major emergency, so I always email. At first I would email him but his other agent Nancy usually will respond to most of the emails. Her name should have been listed as the agent instead of Brandon. These insurance agents are frustrating because if you ask multiple questions(let's say you have two questions or requests) in one email they only answer one question/request and completely ignore the rest of the email, so you just end up going back and forth multiple times because someone incompetent in responding efficiently. For instance, I've asked multiple times to take my brother off as listed driver on my car insurance only cause he moved and replace that with my housemate, well that never happened. I eventually gave up on that. Then when I saw the renewal for the home insurance the price went up and I realized they randomly took off my brother's scientist discount for the home/car insurance and I had to let them know that we had that discount since we first signed up with this agency. So then, finally they got the discount back, by that time my brother and I decided to sell our house. My wife and I got a new place around October last year and decided not to go with Brandon for the new home insurance. My car insurance was expiring next month so I decided to end my auto insurance with Brandon/Nancy. We found a better Farmer's agent who actually responds fast(whether it be a weekend or late in the night) and answers all questions efficiently. As far as what I know I really doubt my brother needed to be on my car insurance just for the sake of a discount because I never asked Brandon to take my brother off of our home insurance  considering both my brother and I owned our previous house together(that's common sense). All I asked was to not have brother listed on my CAR INSURANCE and to add my wife. Simple as that. I'm also aware that multiple drivers can be listed under a car insurance but nobody bothered to explain or give more details as to why my brother still had to be under as listed driver only. All I can say is it is what it is.
