I wholeheartedly recommend David Walterman for his mortgage broker services. My husband and I recently went through the house buying process for the first time, and we both believe that David did an exceptional job. David is very knowledgeable and an effective communicator- not just with us, but also with our real estate agent and escrow company. Additionally, he was always quick to respond to our questions and even made time for us at unconventional hours when we were up against tight deadlines.
