We were very impressed with Nelida in the selling of our house.  She was the consummate professional.  She held a strategy discussion with us up front and made some really good suggestions.  She then followed that strategy and it worked perfectly.  The marketing of the house was spectacular - it was awesome to see the pictures of the house and the video of the house and surrounding area.  It really made our house 'pop'.  She also had excellent suggestions on staging, which we were able to do ourselves.  And, most important to us, the whole process was so efficient.  We did not need a "for sale" sign, there was only one weekend of having an open house, and we had over 25 offers, many well above asking price.  It turned out to be just the right strategy.  In addition to that, Nel was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive to the multitude of questions we had.  We would strongly recommend Nel to anyone selling (or buying) a house.  In fact, we already have recommended her and she is selling their house.

Hello, let me start with, I rarely write reviews, however, we are so grateful for having Nelida Mora on our side in selling our home. She's amazing!! My husband and I moved out of state and left the sale of the house in Nelida's hands. She handled everything and got us top dollar!! She kept us informed with the progress of the remodel and process of the sale of the house. Nel is a true professional in every sense of the word. She went above and beyond and addressed ALL our concerns.
