We are in our second year with By The Book & have been very pleased with their services. They are professional, timely, courteous, and extremely competent; particularly in the real estate industry. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a tax preparer or tax advisor whether you have real estate or not.

Courtney, Joseph, and team are amazing, real estate focused CPAs. We have used them for multiple years and they have always answered all of our questions. They also help us with strategic tax consulting which has already more than paid itself off. Could not recommend By The Book Accounting any more.

This is the first time I decided to "treat" myself to a tax accountant who knows a lot about real estate transactions. The whole process was clear and organized. I like the tax analysis where they write what they think can help you in the upcoming year. Very professional and timely people to work with!

Courtney Daron did a great job preparing our taxes for 2020, saving us about $3000. She was thorough, responsive, and very helpful. We used to do our own taxes, but we will definitely be using By the Book Tax & Accounting for the foreseeable future.

Courtney and her team are AMAZING! I had a terrible tax prep experience prior and was nervous about finding another one. Courtney was so responsive in answering my questions and providing information about the structure of their services. They finished our taxes (which were quite complicated) as promised and provided a thorough letter w/ an analysis on what they did in the returns AND recommendations on things we can put into place moving forward to reduce taxes. We are excited to continue working with Courtney and her team!
