My little brother went to this school a year or so ago. He has adhd and because of that he was treated differently from all the other kids. He had to sit alone at lunch and everyday he would talk about how sad it made him, but one day another kid head butted him and my brother got hit so hard it gave him a concussion. The teacher decided to write an incident report for the other kid but not my brother. They told my mom they think he had the flu or something because he was pale and nauseous, my mom immediately took him to the hospital because he was throwing up in the car. This school neglected my brother and I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone.

This is a fantastic school! Absolutely unique ! It is our first exposure to Montessori method and we are so impressed. My grandchildren attend Country Day Montessori and its wonderful to see that they are so proud of their accomplishments. They love the school, the teachers, and my daughter and her husband enjoy the active parent group. We are lucky to have found it!

This preschool is Montessori based and absolutely fantastic. The kids are encouraged to work independently on their jobs (Counting beads, letters, pouring, cutting - a lot is considered fun and playing, but there is a more academic basis) but also the older children help out the younger ones. The kids are indoors as well as they spend plenty of side outside (Weather permitting) The staff is incredible - they support the emotional side (let's make some friends, help de-escalate strong emotions, cuddles if needed) teach to the academic side (but it's not intense, they follow the childs lead, and they realize play is a solid foundation of a long school career) Honestly, there is not a school that fits every child. I highly encourage you to take a tour of several Montessori schools (or just preschools in general) and find the for that works for your kids and family. For my son, this was the best fit hands down. The staff is amazing, we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Country Day.
