        Ive been doing CrossFit for 10 years and been a member of a few different gyms. As someone newer to the area, I only just recently joined RubiconFit. But since my first day, I have felt welcomed and embraced as one of the family. EVERYONE is incredibly nice, welcoming, and supportive. The coaches are hands down some of the best I have ever come across. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and just damn awesome people. The community is amazing and am just so grateful to have found RubiconFit. The hour I spend there is honestly one of the highlights of my day.
