Dr. Ravi Chopra

Vicky is extremely disrespectful and doesnt listen to anything. I called in to urgent request refills and some stronger asthma meds. She didnt call or message me back until later the next day. She didnt refill any of my meds requested, ordered the wrong meds, and sent to the wrong pharmacy. She was loud rude hung up the phone on me. I called back asking to talk to anyone other than Vicky. Tara is even worse than Vicky because she has all of Vickys notes. Tara was very rude and repetitive saying Ive been working here for over 10 years I cant help you. I will put in the notes for the doctor and a supervisor to call you back. Also be aware the dr wont call you back and if you want an appointment its booked 3 months out. Anyone god please help me find anywhere more professional than here.

One of the best doctors I've ever seen. He's very personable, attentive and thorough and the thing I like most of all is his positive attitude.
